Who You'll Talk To

Productstadium Garage Doors does not have staff who visit your home. When you send a request or phone, you are put in touch with an independent provider in our network. That provider, or their office, will be your contact from there. They schedule the visit, give the quote and do the work.

What They'll Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. Don't worry about using the wrong words.

• What is the door doing? Is it stuck, loud, crooked or not moving?
• Did you hear a loud bang before it stopped?
• Does the door open by hand, or is it very heavy?
• About how old is the door and the opener?
• Has anyone worked on it before?

In an older home, those last two answers matter a lot. Past repairs can change how the parts fit together.

Questions to Ask a Provider

Ask before you decide. These questions help:

• Are you licensed and insured where I live?
• What exactly is wrong, and can you show me?
• Do I need a repair or a replacement?
• Will the quote be in writing, with parts and labor listed?
• Is there a warranty on parts or work, and what does it cover?
• Could track alignment or old hardware cause more trouble later?

A good provider answers calmly and does not rush you.
