You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Productstadium Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm that we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, the state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
